	More a family than a unified crimefighting team, Team Arrow unofficially began more than a decade ago in Star City. When Oliver Queen took young Roy Harper as his ward, the two did not know they would begin a family that would last far into the 853rd century and beyond. So visceral and strong are the family ties of the Arrow Family that not even time itself can sunder them. Team Arrow's heartland is Star City, California, where Oliver and his family are as much local heroes as Superman is in Metropolis. Though many of the family have commitments elsewhere as well, they frequently come to Star City where Oliver spends most of his time battling crime and running the Star City Youth Center. Team members often assist him in both of these pursuits. Because Team Arrow is a naturally evolved family, entering it is difficult if you do not have history with them.
