Following is the breakdown of the staff positions, and description for each position. First, there are three major staff groups. They are The Board of Directors (BoD), City Staff and System Staff. You will notice that the composition of the Board of Directors is similar to the positions in each of the City Staff groups with a slight exception. This is done on purpose. The Board of Directors is the collective governing body for the game. Each member of the Board is either a City Artist or an overall representative of the other staff groupings. The Head Editor is the voice for all of the City Editors on the BoD, the Head of Maintenance is the voice for all of the City Inkers on the BoD and the Head Writer is the voice for all of the City Writers on the BoD. The City Artists each represent themselves on the BoD. The Board votes collectively on matters of change. Working through discussion and open communication, the Board hopes to ensure that the game works efficiently and that it remains a fun environment for both staffers and players. The members of the board are the HEAD EDITOR, the HEAD WRITER, HEAD OF MAINTENANCE and the City Artists. Each City has its own City Staff. The City Staff consists of the ARTIST, the EDITOR, the WRITER and the INKER. The responsibilities of each position are described in separate news files. Finally there is the System Staff, which is composed of the PUBLISHER, any assistant publishers, and the COLORISTS.
